Globe Prepaid WiFi (Huawei B312-939) Unboxing

I got this B312-939 that is locked to the Philippine carrier Globe Telecom, as far as I know there is no way to unlock/openline this unit. There is also no free admin access, unless you figure out the algorithm to generate admin passwords.
There are apps out there to change band locking without admin but I have not tested them yet. I really want the admin access to disable TR-069 which will prevent the modem to automatically upgrade to the latest firmware.
